Production

Kailun Mould & Machinery´s production is taking place in 3 large factories in the city of Ningbo with a total factory space of more than 10,000 m2. We are specialized in manufacturing of die cast moulds and die cast items in aluminium or zinc and we have served hundreds of customers through the years. 

We help our customers with the whole process of the mould making from the design to final quality control and everything in between. We start to design the structure of die mould and die components based on drawings or samples. Our quality control department will strictly check each manufacturing procedure to ensure that everything is according to the technical requirements of the design.
